At Nique’s Fairy Cleaning Service, we strive to provide exceptional service and complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your cleaning, we’re committed to making it right.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If you are dissatisfied with any area of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the missed or unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge.

 

Refunds

 

Because cleaning services are completed upon delivery, we do not offer refunds once a service has been performed.

 

Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances, including:

 

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors

  • Services that could not be completed due to our fault

 

Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are free of charge.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the property may result in being charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

 

No-Access Policy

 

If our cleaning professionals arrive and are unable to access the property or begin the scheduled service, a lockout fee or partial service charge may apply.
